We pick up the action on the final table. James Maddox made a raise from 12k to 30k from late position. Action folded around to Wayne Walker, who moved all-in for 5,500 more. James made the call with A-8 and was ahead of the A-3 of Walker. The board read 8-Q-6-7-3 and Wayne Walker of Houston, Texas finished 9th earning $984.

Keith davis put in a raise of 20k and action folded to Josh Palmer, who made it 56k. Keith Davis took little time before announcing he was all-in. Josh tanked for a while and made the call with pocket Q’s versus Keith’s A-K. The flop as 8-8-a and Keith took the lead. The turn was a 4 and the river was a 3.Josh Palmer of Daphne, Alabama finished 8th earning $1,475.

Andrew Miller was all-in holding A-K versus the pocket Q’s of Stan Crawford. The flop was 5-4-J, the turn was another 4 and the river was another J. Andrew Miller of Las Vegas, Nevada finished 7th earning $1,967.

Mike Husar was all-in holding pocket 9′s versus the A-9 of Keith Davis. The flop was kind to Keith, when it came A-6-7. The turn was also and A and the river was a 2. Mike Husar of Metairie, Louisiana finished 6th earning $2,459.

The remaining players agreed to a chop and our champion is George McDonald.
